Log Jams
One of the easiest ways to track progress in virtually anything is to keep a log. Specifying and writing down your goals helps you define them and challenge yourself to take definable steps towards achieving them.

Fitness Journal.com
This one is Meredith's favorite so far. Fitness Journal offers sections to log your Workout Journal, Food Journal, Strength Training Journal, and your Writing Journal. It's a one stop shop for charting your progress.
Log Templates in Word
Not up for being so web savvy when it comes to your Fitness Logs? This site offers a word document that you can download and print.
Diet TV
This site has alot of bells and whistles for finding the right diet, tracking your progress and the like. Howerver, apple-users may be dissappointed to find that this site currently doesn't support Mac.
Danskin Time
It seems the Disney Danskin registration period has already come and gone. If you are ready to take the plunge (or the spin, or the jog) in this summer's Danskin sprint triathlon races be sure to check the Danskin
